With almost 20 years of industry experience, Benedict has developed extensive expertise in HSE leadership, regulatory compliance, contractor management, and the implementation of robust safety systems within high-risk environments. His technical background includes data centre infrastructure, cleanrooms, HVAC systems, fire protection systems, scaffolding, and working at height safety.
Benedict supports organisations in building strong safety cultures, improving operational performance, and delivering sustainable HSE solutions that protect people while enabling project success. He is experienced in stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, training delivery, and ensuring compliance within complex operational environments.
Benedict holds an MBA in Business and Management Studies alongside multiple industry certifications, including Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP), Safety & Health Officer (SHO), Authorised Gas Tester (AGT), Advanced Scaffold Inspector, and NEBOSH International General Certificate (in progress).
