Dame Judith Hackitt’s Independent Review of Building Regulations and Fire Safety outlined a new approach to managing fire and structural safety risks in high rise multi-occupied residential buildings. This in turn created the role/function of a Building Safety Manager. With many housing providers looking at ways in which they resource this role, we wanted to address this through a series of webinars, highlighting the law, building safety cases and resourcing solutions. We have a range of speakers giving us insight and recommendations on each of these areas.
