TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
We invest heavily in our staff and we offer continuous training and support to help you develop personally and professionally. This applies whether you join us as a fresh graduate or a grizzled industry veteran.
When you join us as a graduate or trainee you will immediately join our 12-week Training Academy; this is delivered in-house and provides an overview of all areas of the recruitment process. It uses a mixture of classroom based sessions, work-related activity targets and at-the-desk training. During your time in the Academy, you will also be allocated a buddy, in addition to your line manager, who will be there to offer you help and support during your first 3 months.
Beyond the Academy we will provide you with a mix of internal, external and online training, dependent on your training needs and preferred ways of learning.
