A forward-thinking and innovative global construction practice is currently seeking a Sustainability Manager to join their Bristol office. Our client has a proven track record in sustainability and recently launched a new sustainability strategy, setting out ambitious climate, environmental and sustainability goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting BREEAM, carbon and net-zero performance across a portfolio of retail projects.

The Sustainability Manager will be responsible for:

Working as an in-house BREEAM Assessor across a range of retail construction projects, utilising the support of the wider sustainability team
Supporting clients in achieving their low carbon goals by working closely with supply chain and project teams
Analysing key sustainability data, specifically looking at materials in supply chain to support a low carbon approach
Providing training and support with BREEAM and low carbon across the wider business

The successful Sustainability Manager will have:

Proven track record in a Sustainability or BREEAM role
Qualified BREEAM Assessor (ideally New Construction)
Degree Qualified in relevant Environmental or Sustainability subject (preferred)
Excellent attention to detail, a drive to progress and brilliant communication skills
