We are currently working with a Principal Contractor who have an outstanding reputation for Environmental and Sustainability performance. They are currently looking for a Senior Environmental Advisor to join their team in the Oxfordshire region. This role will be based across the Oxfordshire area with some opportunity to work from home. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a secure team with plenty of career progression long term. 

The Role:

  • Managing a portfolio of infrastructure projects, ensure the continuous improvement of environmental performance
  • Ensure environmental compliance across the projects as well as meeting client’s environmental objectives
  • Take responsibility for Site Waste Management Plans (SWMPs) and Construction Environmental Management Plans
  • Provide training to site teams on key environmental topics, ensuring there is a strong commitment to environmental performance 

The Candidate:

  • Degree qualified in relevant Environmental topic
  • IEMA membership – PIEMA or equivalent preferred
  • 3 years experience within a purely environmental role, ideally within construction or infrastructure
  • Full Driving License
  • Strong communicator, passionate and driven
