We are working with a rapidly growing global logistics organisation who are searching for an experienced and knowledgeable Program Manager Business Support EMEA, to help grow their business and bring their Business Support team to the next level in terms of customer satisfaction, Quality and KPI performance. This is a senior level role granting the opportunity to support one of the top five High tech companies worldwide.

The role:

  • Lead the Quality Program (rooted in Lean methodology) as a key driver for operational performance and customer satisfaction improvement
  • Manage all continuous improvement initiatives across EMEA operations
  • Lead the Quality, Inventory, Trade Compliance and Customer Service teams
  • Build and improve strategic relationships with client senior management
  • Ensure customer contractual compliance/obligations are met

The candidate:

  • Degree held in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration or similar
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar roles/logistical environment
  • Lean Six Sigma Qualification, ideally Black Belt is essential
  • Willing to travel roughly 20% to 11 sites across 6 countries
  • Fluency in written and verbal English
