Occupational Health Nurse | South West | Permanent | £35,000 - £45,000 plus package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Occupation Health Nurse to join a leading civil engineering company working across their highways framework in the South West, Truro. The role will involve medicals, health surveillance, running health & wellbeing campaigns, and will also be working on site to work directly with site teams to understand their health & wellbeing.

The Role:

Provide operational and functional management advice on the practical implementation of the company’s Health related policies and processes
Advise and assist in the development and review of the Health section of the contract Health, Safety and Environmental Management Plan
Provide operational and functional management with advice on matters connected with health incident prevention including the legal requirement for health
Conducting required medicals including safety critical medicals, wellbeing medicals etc
Manage the monitoring, analysis of and reporting of Health-related performance at contract level

The Candidate:

Previous experience working in a similar position
Ideally a registered nurse but would consider Health & wellbeing qualification that has performed in a similar role
Have a confident personality and the interpersonal skills
Open to candidates from all sectors
