We are looking for an ambitious, solution-oriented, and relationship-creating Salesperson with a well-developed business understanding to join our sales organization in the Scandinavian market.

Your opportunity

With this key position – responsible for sales of digital solutions – you will work with account development and account management with the objective of maximizing the revenue from existing clients and gaining new clients from identified markets by bringing value to their businesses.
An exciting opportunity to shine and build this new sales organization in Denmark by utilizing your personal and professional skills to collaborate, identifying business opportunities, building relations, and closing deals.
You will have great opportunities to grow and develop as RelyOn Nutec is a dynamic company in a fast-moving industry with an extensive focus on bringing digital solutions into training, development and compliance even more on the agenda at clients by also having the software experts in-house.
The position is newly created, and you will be the first member of the digital solutions selling team in Denmark. You will though, be collaborating closely with colleagues in the UK and NL-selling teams and IT.

Through proactive contact to clients you must maintain a consistent high-level service delivery, whilst identifying further new business opportunities.
Furthermore, your tasks will be to:
• Work with all other departments of the business to ensure excellent service delivery to clients
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Negotiate/close deals and proactively manage complaints or objections
• Achieve pre-determined sales targets on a monthly-, quarterly- and yearly basis

Also, we expect you to participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences, just as we expect you to develop and deliver frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
The position is in Copenhagen or Esbjerg with reference to our Scandinavian CEO, Claus Nexø Hansen. Travel activity must be expected, and salary is negotiated individually based on qualifications.

Our expectations
You are an experienced sales professional specialized in relations selling with a wide range of tasks & responsibilities within sales of digital solutions.
To succeed in the position you are highly self-motivated, result oriented, persistent person with a positive mindset. Furthermore, you are comfortable communicating and expressing views to clients across multi sectors whilst identifying more or better ways to help them be more cost efficient, agile and compliant in their operation and allowing them to focus on their core business.
It is important that you have a structured approach and analytical mindset as well as strong communication- and negotiations skills. To enjoy working with us you must be a person who appreciates speed, change and to take own initiatives.
We expect you to have a demonstrable track record in identifying, developing, and closing opportunities within selling of digital solutions e.g. . Managed Services, Compliance Management, Competence, Digital Learning, e-learning etc.
Further, we hope that you meet the following qualifications:
• 2-5 years of experience in account management B2B
• Demonstrable ability to plan, map and steer meeting’s as well as strong closing techniques
• Danish, proficient in English – spoken and written.
