We are working exclusively with a leading manufacturing organisation, who are looking to appoint an H&S Officer at their site in Birmingham. You will be responsible for continuing to drive health & safety standards forward across the site. The Role:

Support and guide on various site H&S matters
Build relationships with key stakeholders across the site, promoting the development of a positive culture and best practice
Audit site-based management systems to ensure full compliance
Contribute to the implementation, monitoring and measurement of the HSE strategy

The Candidate:

Previous experience within an HSE role within a manufacturing environment
NEBOSH National Certificate or equivalent NVQ
Ability to strongly influence various internal stakeholders
Experience / knowledge of PUWER, LOLER is desirable
Experience of ISO 14001, 18001 / 45001 is very desirable
