A leading manufacturing organisation is looking to appoint a Part Time Health and Safety Manager to be the lead on their site in Motherwell. The Health and Safety Manager will be responsible continuing to drive and develop the safety culture at this face paced manufacturing site.

This is a great opportunity to join a longstanding business who can offer great flexibility for the right candidate. This is an ideal role for someone looking to work 3/4 days a week whilst earning a great all-round package.

The Role of Health and Safety Manager

Drive a positive and workable Health and Safety culture
Ensure standards are met and continually improved upon
Engage with key stakeholders at all levels within the business to ensure a positive H&S mind-set
Identifying H&S training needs and developing / delivering of H&S training

The Health and Safety Manager candidate

Experience of working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideally within Printing / packaging
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification is preferable
Knowledge / experience of ISO 45501 is advantageous
Knowledge / experience of COSHH is advantageous
