A facilities and property management organisation is seeking an Health and Safety Advisor to be based in West London. You will work within the maintenance team, leading on H&S monitoring and compliance across this business area, ensuring staff understand their H&S obligations.

The Role

Assist in implementing H&S policies within the maintenance division, design suitable procedures
Monitor H&S compliance
Develop and deliver Health and Safety training to staff
Work to develop a positive H&S culture across the business

The Candidate

NEBOSH/ NCRQ Certificate or equivalent
Experience as a safety practitioner, ideally within a maintenance/construction environment
Hands on, pragmatic approach to safety management
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
