We’re pleased to have been retained exclusively by a dynamic and growing property management organisation to appoint a new Head of HSEQ. This is a newly created role that reports direct to the Board. It’s a fantastic opportunity for the right person to develop their career at a strategic level role, with an organisation who has a proactive and forward-thinking approach to business, who wants to develop the same approach across their HSEQ function.
As Head of HSEQ, you’ll take a leading and influential role in establishing clear business standards for HSEQ, developing a strategy that ensures these standards are successfully adopted and embedded throughout the organisation. You’ll maintain oversight of ongoing compliance and performance levels, establishing frameworks and driving engagement with senior stakeholders.
To be successful, you’ll need proven leadership experience along with previous accountability for developing and implementing strategy. Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills are vital, and you’ll need to demonstrate a collaborative approach to ensure
shared goals are met. CMIOSH status along with the NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) is required, ideally with a related degree.
