We have been engaged by a leading FM organisation searching for a Head of Health and Safety and Food Safety. Within this role you would be expected to lead and manage a small team of Health and Safety professionals. The role will involve national travel and you will have the autonomy to manage your own diary.

The Role:

Manage, develop and lead the Health and Safety team
Develop and deliver H&S strategy, policy and procedure
Overall responsibility for the H&S compliance of the organisation
Ensure successful implementation and attainment of certifications such as ISO 45001 and PAS3001

The Candidate:

Hold a diploma level qualification such as the NEBOSH or NCRQ and ideally CMIOSH
Ideally a facilities management/ property management background; Public Sector experience desirable
Ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders
Food Safety experience and qualifications essential
