Our client is an independent sustainability consultancy who specialise within the commercial real estate sector. They are recognised for their excellent approach to sustainability and level of expertise they have within the business. They provide a high level, quality service to their clients and this has enabled them to continue to grow and expand throughout lockdown. This role is a newly created role and a great opportunity for candidates looking to develop their career with an excellent, forward thinking organisation. They are looking for an Associate Director to support their growing sustainability consultancy team.

The role:

Take the lead on the data assurance service line with a specific focus on AA1000AS and AA1000
Manage the deliver of the assurance programme, support with evidence files – this will include GRESB
Take responsibility both development and implementation of data quality and assurance principles, provide training across the business on this
Lead development of new business where required as well as managing recruitment within your own team

The candidate:

Degree or masters in a related subject
Significant experience with assurance – AA1000 and AA100AS
Experience and network within the real estate sector
A passion for furthering the sustainability agenda
