We are exclusively working with a property management business who are seeking a Health, Safety and Fire Advisor to join their growing team. Ideally based in Berkshire/ surrounding areas, you will service a portfolio of residential properties and office locations, undertaking H&S and Fire Safety risk assessments of indoor and outdoor communal areas.

The Health, Safety and Fire Advisor will be responsible for:

Undertaking H&S and fire risk assessments on residential property sites, including internal and external areas
Complete reports on findings from risk assessments to present to Property Managers
Explain follow-up actions clearly to Property Managers
Keeping up to date with legislative requirements in regards to how they impact the role

The Health, Safety and Fire Advisor will have:

NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management
Experienced in undertaking general and fire risk assessments, preferably in a residential property environment
Strong report writing skills
Full driving licence, happy to undertake regional travel
