We have been exclusively engaged by a prestigious multinational financial services client who are looking for a Health and Safety Manager to join the organisation. This role requires a highly competent Health and Safety professional who can operate in a large and complex, corporate environment. It is a stand alone role and the successful Health and Safety Manager will work at a strategic level whilst retaining hands on responsibilities. The Health and Safety Manager will be based from London and be able to work on a hybrid basis.

The Health and Safety Manager will:

• Be operating in a fast paced corporate environment, providing H&S support and advice to UK and global offices
• Ensure H&S compliance throughout the organisation
• Review, update and maintain H&S strategy, policies and procedures
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders of all levels

The successful Health and Safety Manager will have:

• Diploma/Degree level qualification in Health and Safety; ideally Grad or Chartered member of IOSH
• Experience working in a corporate environment such as Financial or Professional Services
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to lead, manage and be accountable for multiple tasks and projects
