Corporate HS Specialist

A leading global manufacturing organization is looking to hire a Corporate Health & Safety Specialist, to work with their operating company's HS programs internationally. Working closely with leadership, you would be responsible for assisting in the development of strategic goals, in order to drive forward a world class enterprise. 

The Role:

  • Development and implementation of new strategies and initiatives to continually improve the safety program
  • Collect, analyze and report on safety metrics and KPIs at both a site and company level, identifying trends and utilizing results to manage, modify and deliver safety priorities across the business
  • Keep up to date with industry regulators to ensure company-wide compliance to any legislative/regulatory changes
  • Communicate at all levels and work with Company leadership as well as site employees to develop a strong HS program

The Candidate:

  • Bachelors Degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering or related discipline (required)
  • Proven EHS experience circa. 2+ years, within manufacturing on a multisite level
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, across all business levels
  • Travel 20%
