We are pleased to exclusively partner with an award-winning Property Management organisation, based in Wembley, who are hiring a Senior Health, Safety and Fire Manager in a newly created position. This is a standalone position focussing on their build to rent property portfolio, responsible for Health, Safety and Fire Safety. Working in close collaboration with a range of internal and external stakeholders, this is an exciting opportunity for a H&S professional to make their mark in a rapidly growing, fast paced and dynamic organisation.
The Senior Health, Safety and Fire Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing, delivering and maintaining an effective H&S management system
- Leading on fire safety, implementing fire strategies in line with the building safety act
- Building strong working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders including local authorities, residents, directors and employees
- Promoting and driving a positive health and safety and fire safety culture throughout the organisation
The Senior Health, Safety and Fire Manager will have:
- Extensive experience in Health and Safety and Fire Safety Management in the property or related sectors
- Experience working at a senior level in Safety, driving initiatives/budgets and reporting at board level
- A level 6 Diploma in Health and Safety as a minimum (essential)
- A level 3 Fire Certificate such as the NEBOSH Fire as a minimum (essential)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
