HSE&S Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on HSE&S Business Partner with a human approach and a passion for safety improvement. The HSE&S Business Partner is responsible for the translation and implementation of the company’s strategy and objectives at their production site in Ammerzoden. You are part of the local management team and report directly to the Site Manager.

Duties & responsibilities:

-          Strategy and policy: setting policy and objectives and contributing to the development of the HSE strategy;

-          Annual plan/budget: care for the development, management and realization of the annual plan/budget for Ammerzoden, care and management for the implementation and delivery of results;

-          Organizational development: evaluating organizational design, (work) processes and systems and initiating and implementing changes and improvements with a view to HSE;

-          Knowledge and information management: keep track of internal and external developments and ensure development, transfer and retention of HSE knowledge and information;

-          Management information: providing proactive and timely insight into quantitative and qualitative HSE developments by means of periodic and ad hoc reports and/or analyses;

-          Relationship management: building and maintaining a network of internal and external stakeholders/partners and representing the organization;

-          Projects: define, plan, manage and coordinate assigned (portfolio of) HSE projects and ensure implementation and delivery.

Job requirements:

-          Bachelor work and thinking level in HSE&S or engineering or a related discipline;

-          3-5 years of work experience in a similar role in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the chemical industry

-          Fluent in Dutch and/or English

-          Living in the Netherlands
