What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our UK projects and consulting business on our mission to build a safe, sustainable, and prosperous world. This role is responsible for client liaison and delivery management once a project or assignment has been awarded to Shirley Parsons.
What will you be doing?
- Coordinating between various team members, consultants, and associates ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the agreed quality standard.
- Maintaining first class communication, attending client project review meetings, and developing client presentations.
- Ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out, including updating internal systems and adhering to sales to finance processes
- Developing your understanding of the technical & legislative intricacies for your projects.
- Providing budgetary oversight on key accounts, managing expenses and working with internal teams to find efficiencies
- Dependent on your experience, carrying out fee-earning work, winning new business, and delivering on existing projects.
What do you need?
- A background in administration and/or coordinating roles
- Some experience & qualifications in Health & Safety and/or a desire to develop in this field
- High reliability and accuracy, on-the-ball and able to meet multiple stakeholder demands
- Strong commercial acumen, ideally developed at a consulting company
- An eye for detail, excellent relationship-building skills, and a desire to deliver quality work
- Willing to travel away from home on occasion, including some overnight and overseas stays
- A current driving license
