A specialist property management business is seeking a Health, Safety and Fire Safety Advisor to join their growing team. From a home base in Wiltshire, you will service a varied portfolio of residential properties and office locations, undertaking H&S and Fire Safety risk assessments of indoor and outdoor communal areas. The role will involve up to UK wide travel with a focus on your region.

The Health, Safety and Fire Safety Advisor will be responsible for:

• Undertaking H&S and fire risk assessments on residential property sites, including internal and external areas
• Completing reports on findings from risk assessments to present to Property Managers
• Explaining follow-up actions clearly to Property Managers
• Keeping up to date with legislative requirements in regards to how they impact the role

The Health, Safety and Fire Safety Advisor will have:

• NEBOSH/ NCRQ Certificate or equivalent and NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management or equivalent
• Experience in undertaking general and fire risk assessments, preferably in a property environment
• Strong report writing skills
• Commitment to CPD, willing to undertake further training and qualifications
