Customer Success Manager (Bilingual)

A rapidly growing software company that provides safety, regulatory, and sustainability solutions is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager. The CSM will work with clients across multiple industries with onboarding, deployment, and system training. This is a start-up environment with a competitive salary, benefits, and growth opportunities.

This opportunity can be based in Dallas, San Antonio, or Houston

The Role:

  • Acting as point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process

  • Analyzing the onboarding process, with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Achieving activity KPIs put forth by the Growth Director

  • Training clients on the software, in English and Spanish


The Candidate:

  • Fluent in English & Spanish, with the ability to read and write

  • Ability to travel 50% of the time throughout the Americas

  • Proficient with evolving technologies

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, Safety or Sustainability preferred
