A rapidly growing software company that provides safety, regulatory, and sustainability solutions is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager. The CSM will work with clients across multiple industries with onboarding, deployment, and system training. This opportunity can be based in Dallas, San Antonio, or Houston
The Role:
Acting as point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process
Analyzing the onboarding process, with a focus on continuous improvement
Achieving activity KPIs put forth by the Growth Director
Training clients on the software, in English and Spanish
The Candidate:
Fluent in English & Spanish, with the ability to read and write
Ability to travel 50% of the time throughout the Americas
Proficient with evolving technologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in any field, Safety or Sustainability preferred
