The CoE, presently consisting of currently 5 colleagues, delivers support to our overall Sustainability Strategy and ambition, compliance to HSE & QA Policy, HSEQ-TS standards (minimum requirements) and securing accurate and reliable master data for Sustainability reporting.

As the Senior Manager for the Center of Excellence for Group HSEQ-TS, you will be providing visible and daily leadership in a diverse team including employees sitting abroad, coaching and developing of the team, including evaluation of needed qualifications, competences and skills and you will also
Provide functional direction and support in all aspects of the HSEQ-TS specialist functions area on a global level
Be overall responsible for global training programs to ensure compliance with organization and government standards related to HSEQ-TS
Maintain HR processes, secure PDR processes, People Session, Salary Review etc.
Overviewing mega trends, changes in legislation globally/international standards, proactively secure standards, procedure etc. are timely suggest alignment and needs for changes
Provide proposal for yearly performance programs, based on output from Management Review, Roadmaps, Performance results and changes in legislation, standard etc.
Provide support and direction on developing of integrated management systems, certifications, audits, management review, including tools, standards etc.
To be successful in this role you thrive in dynamic settings with a global agenda and enjoy creating results with a team. Furthermore, you have great communication and leadership skills, preferably from a similar role as e.g. HSEQ manager in a global organization and you possess good interpersonal and collaborative skills to bridge between local, region and Group HSEQ.
You have a holistic view on problem solving, and ability to balance being service minded whilst setting clear priorities for the team and providing frequent overall status to your own leader to maintain a strong communication flow on opportunities and challenges to be dealt with.
5+ years of experience and holding a Diplomat leadership or similar
Technical or specific HSEQ education
Experience with international standards as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or OHSAS 18001
Insight and understanding for local and international legislation
High level of communication skills (spoken, reports, presentations)
Process driven with result as mindset
Business organizational understanding
Availability for international travels 5-10 days per year
Fluent in both oral and written English.
