Senior Health & Safety CDM Design Consultant

Shirley Parsons are working with a global consultancy business who operate within the real estate, infrastructure and natural resources sectors who are looking for a Senior CDM Consultant to join their growing team.

The Senior CDM Consultant will be responsible for:

• To be responsible for delivering Health and Safety consultancy services to existing and new clients.
• Provide expert advice and act as Principal Designer and help client manage and understand their legal responsibilities, in accordance with CDM regulations.
• Establish positive relations with existing Clients to gain confidence and become a trusted advocate.
• Undertaking relevant and suitable audits, as per contract requirements.
• Compiling and creating relevant pre-construction information and relevant H&S files.

The Senior CDM Consultant will have:

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate
• Membership to the APS / IOSH
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Motivated, driven and personable
