£35,000 - £40,000 + Car allowance

We are partnering with a renowned property management company who are looking to appoint a Regional H&S Advisor to join their Health and Safety team covering Bristol and Swindon. This position will see you supporting on Health and Safety across a diverse property portfolio and would suit a candidate with experience working in a H&S position within the property/FM sector.

The Regional Health and Safety Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Developing, implementing and managing the Health and Safety polices and procedures across different business units

  • Conducting audits and site inspections and ensuring relevant training and inductions are delivered

  • Driving safety initiatives and working in line with the ISO management systems

  • Providing Health and Safety advice and guidance across all levels


The Regional Health and Safety Advisor will have:

  • Experience working in a Health and Safety position within the Property sector

  • Level 6 Diploma in Health and Safety (TechIOSH will be considered with suitable experience)

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

  • Willingness to travel regionally
