We have partnered exclusively with a leading manufacturing organisation, based in Slough who are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to join their business. As the Health, Safety and Environmental Manager you will be part of the senior leadership team, and be responsible for setting the HSE agenda at their key UK site.

You will be joining the business an exciting time and will be responsible for continuing to drive HSE strategy forward, through the delivery of a positive cultural behavioural change program.

The Health, Safety and Environmental Manager Role:

- Promote a positive HSE culture across the business
- Work with the Senior Leadership teams to create and deploy a formal Safety Health and Environmental strategy
- You will be involved with carrying out accident investigations, risk assessments, audits, providing training, developing management systems and keeping abreast of new regulations
- Monitoring and developing Health and Safety performance within the business, ensuring standards and company objectives are met

The Health, Safety and Environmental Manager Candidate will have:

- NEBOSH General as a minimum, Diploma is preferable
- IEMA Qualification is desirable
- You will have experience working in HSE role, ideally within a manufacturing / egineering environment 
- You will have a positive, proactive approach to your work, with strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in leading internal and external H&S and Environmental audits
- Leadership and Influencing skills are crucial
