We have formed a partnership with a prominent construction company that has an impressive track record of delivering top-quality projects across a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, residential, and retail. They have completed several noteworthy projects in the UK and are highly regarded for their ability to handle complex and high-profile assignments with excellence.

The Health & Safety Manager will be responsible for:

  • Auditing the project's Health and Safety Plan regularly and at specific intervals.

  • Providing advice on risk assessments and their adequacy as requested.

  • Offering input on Health and Safety when planning work activities and advise the project team on any related issues.

  • Monitoring the development of the project's design aspects, check statutory notifications, and maintain records of Health and Safety training. Also, examine contractor Health and Safety competency and identify any deficiencies.

The Health & Safety Manager will have:

  • 5+ years prior experience in Health and Safety Construction and a good knowledge of legislation.

  • NEBOSH Diploma and GradIOSH status minimum.

  • Proven leadership skills.

  • The ability to develop strong connections with essential stakeholders in the company and keep track of safety and health patterns in the division to pinpoint potential areas for enhancement.
