​Thanks for stopping by. Since joining SP UK as a psychology graduate in 2013 and co-founding SP North America the following year, my focus has been on growing a sustainable business and creating rewarding careers for our people. Having learned some tough lessons building the team and infrastructure in Boston, in 2017, I moved coast-to-coast to launch our Los Angeles office. Now with a group over 20 Consultants throughout the US, my focus in on international expansion, co-founding SP Canada in 2022 and researching prospective markets around the world.

It has been tremendously rewarding to have hired, mentored, and learned from a diverse and inspiring group of individuals who push each other to be better each day, whilst standing on the shoulders of great leaders who have supported my advancement. EHS Manager

$80k - 90k per year + 10-15% annual bonus

A leading packaging manufacturing company is looking to appoint an EHS Manager to oversee this function across multiple operations at one of their key locations. This position will sit within the senior management team for the location, acting as the standalone EHS professional within a high-risk, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be tasked with influencing a healthy safety culture, requiring the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels of the business.The Role: Influences Plant, Production, Operations, Maintenance and site management to drive the EHS performance and results.Supports company interface with regulatory authorities for regulatory visits, requests and submissions for the region.Monitors changes to all EHS regulations pertaining to their area and reviews recommendations for incorporation into EHS management systems and standards in a timely manner.Accountable for managing site EHS documentation to include program design, EHS data collection and posting, training documentation, and EHS KPI reports.Participates as a leader for audits and assigns EHS resources to audits in their area. The Candidate: 3+ EHS experience within a manufacturing environment.Bachelor’s Degree in EHS, IH, Physical Science/Engineering or a related technical field.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage othersStrong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
