​​Shirley is a professional Health, Safety and Environmental Consultant and the Director / Co-founder of Shirley Parsons Professional Services a specialist Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) services group.

Shirley also co-founded both S-Com and Sypol with Paul Roebuck.

With degrees in Chemistry and Pollution & Environmental Control, Shirley is a Chartered Member of IOSH and was a member of the Nominations committee for six years.

They contribute to the energy transition by producing and developing materials used in electric vehicles. With 120 colleagues, you will contribute every day to operate, maintain, and improve the factory efficiently and safely. The Botlek location has a General Manager and a management team that leads the SHE, HRM, Finance, Operations, and Technology departments.
