About Omar

I’m Omar! I’m a Careers Consultant specialising in helping HSEQ professionals within the Consultancy sector to find their next exciting career move. I’m an outgoing individual and find it rewarding when speaking and meeting candidates to build relationships and fully understand their needs. I joined Shirley Parsons November 2021, after taking time out of work to figure out what I wanted to do. Before that I was working in the finance industry as a mortgage broker but found that I needed a change after being in the Finance sector for 10 years.

Away from work you’ll find me working as a bouncer on the doors locally or spending time with my family and kids. I’m a keen gym goer and play football once a week. Before lockdown I went on holiday to LA and got a real buzz for travel but covid put a stop to any travel plans I had but I’m hoping I can start my travel plans soon.

One last thing: Die hard is a Christmas movie!
