Recruitment Consultant

About Mads

Hi, my name is Mads!

I´m a Recruitment Consultant, and I have been working with Shirley Parsons since I finished my Master’s degree in Strategy, Organisation & Leadership with a specialization in Human Resource Management at the University in 2021. Being a Recruitment consultant involves talking to clients about people they would like to hire and talking to candidates about their next job move.

I consider myself to be still new to the game. Thus, I’m trying to learn every day and am very much enjoying the time I’ve spent here so far, where I am lucky to have had the opportunity to work in both contract and permanent roles across a wide variety of industries. I love working with people, and I’m passionate about helping individuals achieve their career ambitions.

Outside of work, I enjoy being social and staying active, although my track record on 5k runs is not impressive at all… I also am interested in quality audio, whether that be speakers or headphones, and if I won the lottery, I would flood my apartment with B&O products #ProudDane.

A fun and highly unpopular fact are that I don’t eat any cheese, which always seems to be a big surprise to others when I’m at social gatherings and ordering my pizza without cheese!
