About Kieran

I’m Kieran – one of the Principal Talent Consultants in Boston, focused on leading our permanent EHS recruitment division here. I manage a high-performing team of passionate recruiters and consultants, who can provide support for permanent EHS roles within manufacturing, logistics & distribution, labs / R&D, pharmaceuticals, transportation, construction, utilities, energy, higher education, consultancy and facilities services sectors.

I have worked for Shirley Parsons since graduating in the summer of 2012 – initially in our UK division, before moving to the US in 2017. In total, I have ten years of experience both recruiting EHS professionals, as well as providing advice to candidates on career development and resume writing. I have experience filling roles with Fortune 100 organizations through to family-owned companies, Vice-President level to entry-level, from Maine to Oregon, in almost every industry. I can offer insight from speaking to thousands of EHS professionals over the last few years, and love to keep my finger on the pulse regarding all issues and topics within the EHS world.

Away from the office, I am a passionate football fan (the one with the round ball that they play in Europe!), as well as spending time hiking and in the outdoors, as well as travelling.

If you are looking for help building your EHS team or are an EHS professional looking for a new challenge or advice on progressing your career, then I’d be happy to chat!
