This role will see you working with clients in a range of sectors delivering Health and Safety services across a range of environments. The right candidate will be strong in a client facing role with the drive and enthusiasm to excel in a fast paced and growing consultancy. ** This role will involve travel to client sites across Lincoln and further afield ** The Health and Safety Advisor will be responsible for: Working across a range of sectors, delivering Health and Safety services to multiple clients.Conducting Risk Assessments, site inspections and Audits and draft reports to feedback to clients.Undertaking audits and inspections for multiple sites adapting to new environments engaging with clients to deliver high quality service. The successful Health and Safety Advisor will have: Experience working in the Consultancy sector or experience working across multiple sectors.Qualified to NEBOSH/NCRQ Certificate level or equivalent (Essential).Qualified to NEBOSH/NCRQ Diploma level or equivalent (Desirable).TechIOSH as a minimum (GradIOSH/CMIOSH membership highly desirable).Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to work in a client facing role. Non-Complex Fire Risk Assessor Midlands Permanent £35,000 to £40,000 per annum + car allowance and benefitsShirley Parsons have exclusively partnered with a leading international Consultancy who have an opening for a Non-Complex Fire Risk Assessor. The post holder will be responsible for delivering suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment and consultancy services on assigned National Accounts. This opportunity is field based and will suit candidates residing in the Midlands, with the ability to commit to national travel and occasional nights away. The Non-Complex Fire Risk Assessor will be responsible for: Delivery of fire risk assessments in accordance with PAS 79-1:2020 and the wider legislative framework.Competently liaising with Clients and others, such as fire services, buildings and facilities managers, surveyors, fire engineers and landlords in the completion of work activities.Being able to give complete and competent fire safety advice while developing and maintaining positive client relationships.Preparation and delivery of fire safety training and awareness courses. The ideal Non-Complex Fire Risk Assessor requires: An accredited Level 3 Certificate or Level 4 Diploma Fire Safety/Risk Assessor qualification.Proven and previous experience in the completion of Fire Risk Assessments with specific applied knowledge and skills.A good understanding of the relevant fire safety legislation, fire behaviour, the behaviour of people in fire, and the practical application of the principles of fire safety.Listed on a professional competency register of fire risk assessors (IFE, IFSM etc.) is desirable.
