Quality Manager - Germany/Netherlands Location: Berlin/Frankfurt or Utrecht/Maastricht Full-time/Part-time/Internship: Full time Reporting to: Head of Construction The Opportunity: Active in Germany, the Netherlands and the UK, our client is transitioning from Development of solar projects to Construction and Asset Operations. We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Manager to oversee the quality control processes for our construction projects. The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities meet the established quality standards and requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, and the EPC company on site to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. The site is located in Amsterdam and is part of the global company's R&D network. The mission of the site is to be an industry leader in cell therapy. Main Responsibilities Health & Safety Manager develops and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with local (Dutch) and company's rules and regulations. They support the organization in keeping their employees safe in the most appropriate manner and with pro-active efficiency. - Ensure the implementation of applicable HSE Policies - Ensure regulatory compliance of the Site with local HSE legislation and company global requirements - Support and evaluate the new projects regarding HSE - Set up and manage the risk management systems - Implement and co-ordinate the internal HSE audit process - Participate and support external audits - Manage the HSE training processes and prepare annual training plan - Co-ordinate site HSE Management review meetings with Site Leadership Team.
