The SHE Show North East 2023: Navigating People, Behaviour and Culture Change
Shirley Parsons is delighted again to partner with The SHE Show at this year’s 10th anniversary of The SHE Show North East conference.
The SHE Show North East 2023 will be held at a brand new venue, the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead, on Tuesday, 28th March 2023.
The conference will reaffirm the focus on People, Behaviour, and Culture Change by addressing six key areas: overcoming adversity and resilience, mental health and wellbeing, behaviour and culture change, climate change and sustainability, inspirational leadership, and legal advice and updates.
The event is expected to attract up to 240 delegates and is primarily pointed at senior SHE managers, heads of SHE, and SHE directors from various industries.

The conference also attracts senior managers and directors from outside of Safety, such as HR, quality, operations, facilities, corporate social responsibilities, and managing directors. This highlights the importance of creating a successful safety, health, and environmental culture within an organisation by making sure the message resonates throughout all departments and not just focusing on converting those already in the field. In this way, the conference emphasises how safety is a value and not just a priority.
