Background

We were approached by a global logistics company with a requirement for a brand-new position – Director of Sustainability for EMEA, with the scope for the role to become global in the future.

They needed someone who wasn't put off joining an organisation with no current sustainability strategy. This, however, was a big positive for the top candidates we spoke to - offering the chance to be creative, make their mark and navigate their way across the organisation.
