We are in the business of finding talent for employers and finding employment for job seekers. We hold data on a lot of people and a lot of companies, but only if it is relevant to this goal. At Shirley Parsons Associates we do not disclose any of our data to any other party unless it helps us to find people new jobs. Furthermore we do not disclose our data in any way which contravenes the wishes of the parties supplying the data.
If anyone wants to see the data we hold about them, they only have to ask.
We are aware of the Data Protection Act and our policy is to conform with that act completely. We are also on the Register of Data Controllers.
