Career planning
We love reviewing career options with candidates and we have developed a straightforward tool to provide extra focus to the discussion. Our Career Map (below) is an Excel based planning tool which helps you analyse the changes you've made so far and how successful those changes were. You can then look at what you want in future, examine your motivations for change and go on to make good decisions about your next career move. It can be used by you alone, but is often more powerful when reviewed with someone whose opinions you respect. So just call to make an appointment. We are always more than happy to help.
Applying for a job
Once you decide upon a career path it's time to start applying. Whether you want to go with an Agency, partner with a Talent Broker or make a direct application, read the essential tips (below) on how to make your approach and create a good first impression.

Rolling up and winging it might work sometimes, but you are more likely to get the result you want if you are properly prepared.
