Description
An international company requires 3 HSE Engineers. The role requires an immediate start and is located in Milton Keynes. Ideally, successful candidates will have practical experience in an engineering or construction discipline and will proactively be able to apply this knowledge and experience from a safety perspective. To be considered, you must have a Health & Safety qualification, ideally an NVQ4 or similar. The post holder will be tasked with pre-empting safety issues on projects that are in the planning stages and will be extensively reviewing the constructability of a project. Initially, the project work will be based out of the Milton Keynes office but as the projects progress some international travel will be required, including due diligence checks on candidate companies based throughout the UK. The role’s responsibilities include writing Health & Safety plans and site rules and having responsibility for putting together comprehensive information packs on site Health & Safety for prospective contractor companies. This is an ongoing contract role with the potential for permanent opportunities with the group.
