Description
An opportunity has arisen with an established construction consultancy due to growth within the team. You will be a CDM-C based in St Albans and working throughout London and SE area. Candidates will have at least the HNC/HND/Higher Tech Certificate/Diploma/BSc in a construction related discipline and ideally will be chartered or working towards chartered status in a relevant institution. You are required to have 5 years post qualification construction experience, preferably design related, but someone from a facilities/maintenance/estates management background would also be considered. This is a client facing role and therefore will require candidates to have excellent communication skills and be presentable.
