Description
We are seeking to appoint a new consultant to work as part of an existing high performing team. The position will be responsible for developing our client base and placing candidates across all areas of construction. The existing client portfolio already includes many major contractors, project management firms, design and engineering practices, and SME’s. Those relationships and networks will be leveraged to accelerate the growth of this new desk.
The consultant will be responsible for all aspects of client and candidate development in order to meet targets. Whilst we require an individual who is self-motivated and driven there will be support from the wider team in the form of coaching and mentoring.
