Description
This is an exceptional opportunity to work on a significant construction project worth over £1 billion. The position will be responsible for delivering a programme wide Health and Safety Strategy for world class safety performance. You will manage existing Safety Team and ensure suitable and sufficient resources are available to deliver the safety Op/Ex program and the Health & Safety Assurance Process. We seek a Chartered Safety Practitioner with a construction background and major project experience. You should have a track record in construction that commands respect and offers gravitas with first class communication skills and the ability to oversee multiple contractors. This is a demanding but rewarding high pressure position that requires well developed leadership skills and senior level experience.
