We are seeking to appoint a new consultant to work as part of an existing team that places HS&E professionals within the construction sector. The consultant will be responsible for developing our client base and placing candidates across all areas of construction. The existing client portfolio already includes many major contractors, project management firms, design and engineering practices, and SME's. Those relationships and networks will be leveraged to accelerate the growth of this new desk.
The consultant will be responsible for all aspects of client and candidate development in order to meet targets. Whilst we require an individual who is self-motivated and driven there will be support from the wider team in the form of coaching and mentoring.
We are seeking an individual with at least 12 months recruitment experience and a demonstrable track record of building relationships and influencing both clients and candidates. The consultant must be a team player with a passion and a drive to achieve personal success who continually pushes to improve as a consultant.
