Description
This engineering support services business is part of a major plc. They seek to appoint a SHES Advisor to report into the Head of SHES and be responsible for the delivery and implementation of strategy. This will be done through coaching, advice, training, and support with key stakeholders and staff across the business. This is a semi-autonomous role that will require initiative and drive to influence and engage with stakeholders using strong leadership and inter-personal skills. The successful candidate will hold a minimum of the NEBOSH Diploma and be CMIOSH with an engineering related background and H&S experience in a stakeholder management role.
