A leading commercial property management company are seeking an individual with 1-2 years experience to be based in Manchester. The successful candidate will assist with the development and management of H&S to all operational members of staff. The role will also involve providing H&S advice and training to staff and keeping the firm up to date with H&S practices and make necessary recommendations. You will be hold a NEBOSH Certificate with specific knowledge of Fire Risk Assessments, H&S Management Systems & Asbestos. A property management background would be a distinct advantage.
